The Rio de Bella board has hired The Community Firm to help us on a day to day basis.

The purpose of the HOA Management company is to allow the board the time to work on improvements to our neighborhood rather than daily clerical work. One of the major perks is also a streamlined transition when board members rotate out. An incoming board member can login and see exactly where any work was left off. All accounting gets reviewed for accuracy by the board.
