Fencing Project

We are proud to announce Phase 1 of the fencing project has been completed. 1362 linear feet of cedar fence with cap and staining at a cost of $51,756. The board will vote in May on Phase 2.

Website Project

The Rio de Bella HOA board is launching a new website at a cost of $374 for 3 years (~$125 a year). The website will help to link residents with important information and increase communication with the board.
