Rio de Bella is a neighborhood in Southwest Oklahoma City, OK. Our Community Association exists to promote the recreation, health, safety, and welfare of our residents, and to protect the value and desirability of our neighborhood.
ABOUT RIO DE BELLA
Rio de Bella HOA is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life and fostering a true sense of community within Rio de Bella. We are committed to maintaining the beauty, safety, and stability of the area, as well as ensuring the efficient management of common areas and amenities.

As a homeowner's association, we take pride in providing valuable services and resources to our residents. Our board is passionate about creating a vibrant and inclusive environment where every homeowner feels proud to be a part of Rio de Bella.
Rio de Bella addition is located in southwest Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Cleveland County, and Moore School district. Original development began in 2006. There are 229 lots in the addition which occupies 320 acres. There are new homes still being built by a few builders on the remaining empty lots.
With spacious lots approximately 1-2 acres each, the neighborhood feels peaceful and private, and has both the feel of rural and suburban living. RDB is only 3 miles from I-44, 5 miles from the I-240 corridor, and it's only a 6-mile drive to Will Rogers World Airport, providing extremely convenient access to area businesses. We are also only 4 miles from the town of Mustang which provides residents with more variety of businesses and area services.
RDB is truly city living with a country estate feel. The RDB HOA is working to assist the community members in continuing to make RDB a great place to live.
