
Membership Meetings

Our membership meetings are held annually typically in January. The Board of Directors are elected at that time.

Annual Assessments
​

The annual assessments are on a calendar year basis, and are due no later than April 1st of each calendar year.

Special Assessments
​
​​
From time to time is may be necessary for the Association to establish a special assessment or member charges to cover unexpected shortfalls or special projects. Special assessments or other charges must be approved by the members.

Covenants, Conditions / Restrictions

The HOA CCR documents not only govern the construction of structures on member lots, but also place use restrictions on lots and establish certain responsibilities of lot owners.

Architectural Oversight
​
The HOA has established an Architectural Oversight Committee which reviews all construction plans for any permanent structures allowed by the CCR documents for compliance with Association's restrictions, prior to construction. A current Board member sits as chairperson of the Architectural Oversight Committee.
