Any Rio De Bella homeowner can enter. That said, while we encourage everyone to participate- you cannot win two subsequent years in a row.

The winner will receive a basket of home goods worth over $100.

Can’t wait to see all of those spooky yards!

Winner will be chosen on Friday, October 31st.
