Important update - PLEASE READ!!!

Good afternoon all.

We are beginning the process of revamping our current CC&R’s and bylaws.

The Community Firm will be walking us through this process. To be successful, and to make these documents more relevant and up to date with the wishes of our community- WE ARE GOING TO NEED COMMITTEE VOLUNTEERS!

We have a list of 7 community members that agreed at the bi-annual meeting to sign up and volunteer for this committee. Thank you to those!

We plan to start these meetings on Thursday, August 27th at 6 pm. If you want to be involved, or find out what’s involved- please message me no later than Sunday August 23rd, as I will need some information from you to get your information to The Community Firm.

We plan these to be virtual meetings, twice monthly, for 1 hour each. We will work our way through the CC&R’s and bylaws 1-2 sections at a time. Once that section has been worked through, we will not revisit that section. Once all sections have been completed, a revised document will be given to the board for approval. Once approved, we will then need to work on a community vote to formally adopt the new CC&Rs and bylaws.

I am going to post this information on Facebook, send this via email to the current directory on file, and we will send out a letter to all residents with this information by next week as well.

I am very much hoping that we get a lot of participation in this project!
