Fall neighborhood contests!!! (with PRIZES!!!)

Hey all,

We're officially announcing our fall neighborhood contests! We will be having 2 contests for this fall season.

First, we will be offering a prize basket of home goods, Halloween yard decor, and yummy treats (a $100 value) for the winner of the Fall/Halloween yard decorating contest. You can start decorating as early as you'd like, but the official contest will start on October 1st, and our HOA Board will make a judgement for the winner on Saturday, October 26th. Don't worry - the judges can't enter the contest! Feel free to post pics of your yards as you decorate them!

Second, we will be offering a $25 Visa gift card for the winner of a pumpkin carving contest. Please submit pictures of your pumpkins to our HOA website post about the contest, or on the HOA Facebook page. We will judge the pumpkin pictures from there!

Wishing everyone a Happy Fall, and can't wait to see those yard decorations and carved pumpkins!

P.S. - Stay tuned for a Christmas yard/lights decorating contest, and a tree decorating contest as well. We will have prizes for those contests coming too!
