Exciting Updates and Opportunities for Rio De Bella Residents!

Dear Rio De Bella Residents,

We hope this letter finds you well and enjoying the beautiful community we all call home! As your dedicated Rio De Bella Home Owner's Association (HOA), we are excited to share our goals and initiatives for the year ahead.

Here are our current HOA board members:

• Project Manager: Ryan Steelman

Our primary aim for this year is to enhance communication and engagement within our community. We believe that keeping you informed and involved is crucial to maintaining a vibrant and connected neighborhood. To achieve this, we are introducing three exciting initiatives:

1. Bi-Annual Meetings: We will be hosting informative and interactive meetings twice a year, where we can come together to discuss important neighborhood matters, share updates, and address any concerns or questions you may have.

2. Quarterly Newsletter: We will be launching a quarterly newsletter to keep you updated on all things Rio De Bella! This newsletter will cover neighborhood news, upcoming events, financial updates, ongoing projects, and much more.

3. Neighborhood Directory: We would like to create a comprehensive neighborhood directory to help you connect with your fellow residents more easily. This directory will include contact information such as names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses of all participating residents.
   

To ensure that these initiatives are as effective as possible, we kindly request your assistance in updating your contact information. Please provide us with your:

Additionally, please indicate whether you are comfortable with your information being included in the neighborhood directory. Your cooperation will greatly help us in reaching out to you with important updates and announcements.
